1N1 has no published approaches and Albuquerque Approach is not reachable on the ground. However, it is rare for the weather to prohibit departing or arriving VFR. Albuquerque Approach is also generally very helpful with clearances from the air, although you may have to climb to 8-10,000' before you can make contact.
